Our programs cover a wide range of skills, including:
- A combination of traditional and modern martial arts: You will learn basic and advanced techniques from various disciplines.
- Fitness training: Emphasis on physical fitness that includes strength, endurance, agility and coordination.
- Mental Discipline: Developing the concentration, confidence and mental toughness that are essential for success in martial arts and everyday life.
What is the training structure?
Our training is structured in several phases:
- Beginner levels: We focus on fundamental techniques, proper form and basic fitness.
- Advanced Levels: Here we focus on upgrading techniques, strategy and more complex combat situations.
- Workshops and seminars: We regularly organize additional workshops and seminars that focus on specific techniques or areas, such as in-depth practice of traditional forms in Qi gong and Kung fu.
Are there any discounts for members, families or students?
- Members: We offer a 10% discount on workshops and seminars.
- Families: We offer families a 15% discount on the total tuition if two or more family members enroll.
- Students: Students with a valid student card are entitled to a 20% discount on the tuition fee.
What are the conditions for canceling or suspending membership?
- Membership Cancellation: If you wish to terminate your membership, written notice is required and must be given at least 30 days prior to the end of your current membership.
- Suspension for special reasons: In the event that members need to suspend their membership due to health reasons or other special circumstances, they can apply for a suspension of up to 3 months at no additional cost. For this, it is necessary to submit appropriate documentation (e.g. a medical certificate).
- Refunds: In the case of membership cancellation within the first 14 days after the start of the membership, a partial refund is possible. After this period, refunds are not possible.
Are the workouts suitable for different experience levels (beginners, advanced)?
Yes, our workouts are designed to suit all experience levels.
- Beginner groups: Basic techniques, building fitness and self-confidence.
- Advanced groups: Specialized techniques, additional and advanced training.
- Mixed groups: Training sessions where beginners and advanced members can learn and share experiences together.
What are the conditions for starting practice (e.g. health certificates, trial practice)?
- Trial Workout: We offer a free trial workout where you can try out our workout before making a final membership decision.
- Medical Certificates: We recommend that members consult a doctor if they have any health problems or concerns.
Are there any additional costs to be paid upon registration?
- Membership fee: Upon registration, you must pay a one-time membership fee of 40 euros, for children 30 euros, which covers administrative costs.
- Equipment: Equipment (e.g. uniform, protective equipment) is not included in the membership fee and must be purchased separately.
What are the safety guidelines and protective rules during exercise?
- Protective equipment: The use of protective equipment such as mouthguards, gloves and body guards is mandatory during exercise where required by the exercise program.
- Safety guidelines: All exercises are led by trainers who ensure proper technique and safety during exercise. Before each training session, we do a short warm-up and stretch to prevent injuries.
- Hygiene: Observance of hygiene rules is mandatory, including personal hygiene and cleaning of equipment after each exercise.
